On February 1, 2025 Priority Medical was sold to AmeriPro EMS of Nebraska. This was one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. Back in 2015, when we first had the vision of opening Priority Medical there was so much unknown. We were excited but scared to take this huge leap… but we did it and we are so grateful that we did. We started out with the idea of only a North Platte base and had no idea that we would increase our footprint across Nebraska to seven locations. We could not have accomplished any of this without you!  As the four of us visit and reflect back on these past 10 years, it is our honor to have gotten to know and work with each one of you. We are blessed to have built lasting friendships that we will cherish forever.  We hope you understand that we made this decision believing that this acquisition will be better for you, our patients, our hospitals, and for Nebraska. We know that EMS needs to grow and adapt with the ever changing world, and we feel that AmeriPro has the needed resources to face these challenges. They will continue to do business as Priority Medical. We wish them the best of luck.
